A BILL making a supplementary appropriation of federal funds out of
the treasury from the balance of federal moneys remaining
unappropriated for the fiscal year ending the thirtieth day of
June, two thousand nine, to the Department of Military Affairs
and Public Safety - West Virginia State Police, fund 8741,
fiscal year 2009, organization 0612, all supplementing and
amending the appropriation for the fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day of June, two thousand nine.
WHEREAS, The Governor has established the availability of
federal funds now available for expenditure in the fiscal year
ending the thirtieth day of June, two thousand nine, which are
hereby appropriated by the terms of this supplementary
appropriation bill; therefore
Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That the total appropriation for the fiscal year ending the
thirtieth day of June, two thousand nine, to fund 8741, fiscal year 2009, organization 0612, be supplemented and amended by increasing
the total appropriation as follows:
